Dairy products make you fat (and cause health problems!)

Despite the French being able to consume vast quanities of dairy products without keeling over in their droves – it is indeed a medical fact that dairy products can lead to high blood pressure or even a stroke.

There are of course ways around this if you like your cow produce.

Otherwise, choose low or zero fat types. You could even drik rice or soy milk – it may not taste that great but it does contain the nutrients that milk is famous for.

Well am a bit puzzled about Proactol. With Xenical they make it clear to you that a 120mg pill per meal will take off around 30% of fat from each meal and they order you not to take more than one pill per meal (otherwise it be useless) plus dont exceed 3 pills a day.

With Proactol they are not clear. They just say you may take 1,2,3…non specified number provided you dont exceed 9 pills.

The scientific facts are a bit confused. How much Nupo. which is the main ingredient in Proactol would bind with each meal. How much of fat each pill of proactol binds in grams. I believe by now you started to get what am heading at.
