Just a note to keep you informed if you're worried about Proactol side effects.
Proactol itself is free from artificial colours, flavours and allergens so I didn't experience any side effects whatsoever. Neither should you but if you do suffer from any types of allergies then it's always advisable to check with your GP before taking any kind of dietary supplement.

I find Proactol marvelous. I am losing weight steadily and consistently and my shape is changing and my clothes are losser, and my appetite is reduced, but it feels natural. I am completely satisfied when eating smaller portions of everything. I am happier, healthier and getting slimmer. They are the best and most effective slimming product I have ever taken (and I have taken a LOT!)
I find that I am having a side-effect however. I have diarrhoea after every meal after having taken them, and sometimes I can be out walking my dog, and I get a sudden DRASTIC urge to go, and this is not good. However, I have decided that the positives outweigh the negatives, so I am going to continue on them until I loose all my weight.
That's great to hear Mandi. Except for the diarrhoea of course – must say I've never heard of that happening before! Keep us posted on your progress.
Im just wondering how fast you lose the weight, long you take it for and how many times a day do take the pill
